Nietzsche is an important moment in the history of philosophy.Like other great philosophers,Nietzsche made a new interpretation of the history of philosophy, which is both the task of Nietzsche’s philosophy and an important part of his philosophy.Overall,Nietzsche views the history of philosophy as a continuous whole, from Plato to himself;and, totally,Nietzsche comprehends the history of philosophy as Platonism.Although,in Nietzsche’s view, philosophy was from the era of pre-Plato.However,it was Plato who put the most profound imprint on philosophy and made philosophy become philosophy. In Nietzsche’s opinion,Plato is a key figure in the history of Western philosophy.Platonic philosophy divides the world into two parts: perceptual and super-sensual.Plato’s approach has had a huge impact on Western philosophy.Because of it is constantly being used by a variety of philosophers, also it constantly affects various philosophers. After Plato,Christian divided the world in two parts: one is the city of God and the other is the secular city;in these two worlds, man can only find happiness in another world.Kant conceived an unprovable "transcendental world," in order to give his moral philosophy a metaphysical basis.Positivism constructed a "world of truth," in opposition to metaphysics, but created a new metaphysics.Nietzsche’s philosophy tries to overcome Platonism by promoting the spirit of Dionysus. In this process, the theory of "eternal reincarnation" has been eliminated;and the distinction between "real world" and "false world" has been eliminated.
