The Study Of Spatial Experience And Spatial Representation From The Perspective Of Film Media

"Experiencing space" is a way of the talking about space,which is recognized in the architecture,it emphasizes human perception in the space.It is almost impossible to experience every space for most people,they will have a preliminary understanding of space with the text,images or oral narrative and so on.As the society enters into the Electronic Information Age,the using of multimedia technology enrich the ways of dissemination of information to the people.Thus the movie has entered people vision,Film and architecture in the space-time structure,narrative techniques and other aspects of the similarities prompted people to continue to research the connection of them.The expressive of spatial representation also make people pay much attention to the construction of the film which has spatial advantages.Based on the analysis of the history and the development of film and architecture,and their common theoretical basis and interdependent relationship,this paper points out the importance of the film to the space experience in the field of Architecture,and then presents three elements of spatial experience Time: Space and Events.This paper through the case of the film to illustrate how the film narrative means can complete the space of the cognitive and empirical reproduction,the cognitive approach is compared with other cognitive space,and the advantages and disadvantages of each method are analyzed.Next,this paper expounds several translation methods of space,combined with the analysis of the graphic language of The Manhattan Transcripts,presents a new way to reproduce the space,That is to say,the spatial experience is operated in an abstract way,and it is used in combination with literal translation,graphic translation and image translation.The next part introduces the research of the film in the master's stage,and sums up the four steps of the spatial reproduction: text conversion,scene reduction,graphic abstraction,spatial narrative.By translating film space experience into architectural terms,on the basis of spatial restructuring arrangement,which can reproduce the original space or re formed space,this way can not only physical state space,emphasizing the human existence,also provides a kind of possibility of space design from the perspective of time.
