Study On Gannan Tibetans' Policy Cognitive Psychology

Gannan Tibetan areas is an important strategic channel for connectting the mainland and Qinghai,Sichuan,also is the hub of sino-tibetan economical and cultural communication.At the same time,Gannan Tibetan areas is one goal of the key areas of the Dalai group and international hostile forces' destruction,it plays an important role in anti-separatist and reverse osmosis struggle.But because of history,cultural,regional and other reasons,this areas has exposed some social unstable factors in recent years,so it's necessary to study on the Gannan Tibetans' policy cognitive psychology.Tibetans' cognition on policies refers to the degree of their awareness and understanding of policies,it's a part of the policy culture,reflects how much the Tibetans concern of national policies and guidelines.On the one hand,developing a good Tibetan policy implementation environment needs to have higher cognitive level of Tibetan policies;on the other hand,the higher cognitive level of Tibetan policies is the knowledge base for Tibetans to evaluate policies rationally and participate politics.Therefore,the measurement of the Tibetans' policy cognitive level is an important content of policy culture study.In this paper,through analyzing the local Tibetans' policy cognition,the author put forward the paths to promote Tibetans' policy cognitive level,in order to improve the political development and progress of Gannan Tibetan areas and strengthen the religion management in this area,deepen it's cultural exchange.On the basis of these content,this paper is composed of the following parts:The first chapter:mainly discusses the basic situation of Gannan Tibetan region,and research design.The basic situation of Gannan Tibetan areas including the introduction of Gannan Tibetan region's geography,history,culture,customs and other administrative divisions,in order to help readers have a general impression of Gannan Tibetan region,feeling the deep reason of Tibetans'policy cognitive psychology under a special background,and understanding the following studies easily.The research design mainly includes the following parts:research purpose,research significance,research methods and research results.The research method is divided into two parts:one is the subjects,the other is the survey instrument.The instrument means to formulate the corresponding questionnaire,so the author can have empirical investigation on Tibetans' policy cognitive psychology.The second chapter:mainly is the research on Tibetan region's policies.The policy research range includes specific rules made by the country,province and the Tibetan autonomous prefecture.In addition,the paper also studied on the current implementation condition of policies in Tibetan areas.The third chapter:mainly discusses the methods of Tibetans' cognitive psychology and their concrete reflections.The concrete reflections of Tibetans' cognitive psychology is an important foundation of the Tibetans' policy cognitive psychology research,mainly reflected in five aspects:resistance,cold,rebellious,conformity,and cater for.This chapter also analyses the form and function modes of these aspects.The fourth chapter:mainly discusses the research on reasons of Tibetans' policy cognitive psychology.Generally speaking,there are five reasons:economic factors,communication factors,individual factors,cultural and religious factors,group factors.Then,the author dissected and refined the five reasons,in order to shows a general outline of the reasons of Tibetans' policy cognitive psychology more clearly.The fifth chapter:mainly discusses the corresponding changing strategies and measures of non-rational policy cognitive psychology of Tibetans in Gannan.A fundamental investigation on Gannan Tibetans' cognition lies in the improvement of their non-rational policy cognitive psychology.And the Tibetans' policy cognition level can be improved mainly by mobilization strategy,induction strategy,defusing antagonistic strategy,and language strategy.
