The Study Of Rural Elderly Poverty's Network Governance In The Perspective Of Social Support Network

Since the reform and opening up, along with the rapid economic growth, population aging process will also continue to accelerate, it is certain that the aging population is a product of China's economic and social development of high speed. Rural elderly people, who made China's urbanization and industrialization in a big contribution when they were young, But as society changes, the rural elderly has become a victim of supreme efficiency in the distribution of social benefits, and their social status is gradually being marginalized. Overall, the rural elderly has been caught in a situation of poverty.With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous advancement of urbanization process, rural laborers have flocked to the city, for the elderly living in rural areas had a major impact. Social Support Network Theory provides a new perspective for the elderly living study, To research from the perspective of social support networks, what's the situation of rural elderly living conditions, how does the poverty been formed, and how should the government govern, this paper is going to research these questions.The first part of this paper introduces the origin, and the current research-related issues have been summarized in this part, including the research status of social support and social networks, the status of research governance, Study the living conditions of the rural elderly, analyze the reasons for their poor form, and exploring the way of governance is the core issue to be resolved in this article.The second part of the paper interpreted and defined the core concepts related to this article, including rural poverty of old people, social support and governance. This part also explained social support networks and network management theory.The third part is the analysis of the rural elderly poverty status. The research use empirical analysis method to inspect the elderly poverty situation in 3 villages of Guangshui Hubei Province. It was analyzed by questionnaire and interview methods cases in rural poverty in old age.The fourth part uses the social support network theory to analyze the reasons for rural elderly poverty according to the existing problems.Identify the factors affecting the rural community that support the elderly.The fifth part uses networked governance model, try to find a way to improve rural elderly community support from the government, NGOs, village and rural elderly in four areas.
