The Fracture And Reconstruction Of The Social Support Network For The Elderly Living Alone

Based on the social support network theory,the difficulties and problems faced by the elderly living alone are discussed.The network theory supported by society is important for understanding vulnerable groups,which can effectively provide practical help for the material life and spiritual life difficulties faced by elderly people living alone in real life.From the perspective of social support network theory,this paper analyzes the broken relationship between the elderly and network support,and then,combined with Maslow's social demand theory,we can find out the factors that affect its composition,and try to reconstruct the relationship between the elderly and social network support by changing the influencing factors.In the study,the method of participation observation and interview was adopted to not only obtain a large number of research materials on the spot,but also study the living situation of the elderly living alone in B street of H district of Shanghai,as well as the social factors generated by the elderly with network support.At the same time,social support is divided into formal social support and non-formal social support according to the actual national conditions,and from these two aspects,in-depth discussion is carried out,and based on the insufficient social support of the elderly living alone,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.The first chapter introduces the background and significance of the topic,classifies and summarizes the existing researches,and briefly describes the research methods and related issues.The second chapter explains relevant theories and main concepts,which,combined with national conditions,divides social network support into formal network support and non-formal network support.The third chapter briefly introduces the basic situation of the elderly population in B street of H district,and specifically analyzes the social support network composition of the elderly living alone in this area,and analyzes the economic support network,daily care support network and spiritual support network of the elderly from the government,community and family.The fourth chapter explains the breakdown of social support network for elderly people living alone in today's society.Points out the institutionalization of the elderly living alone in B street of H district,as well as the deficiencies of formal network support and non-formal network support,and analyzes the key factors affecting the network support.In the fifth chapter,the author tries to reconstruct the social support network of the elderly living alone,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions from the network support of the formal society and the network support of the non-formal society.Chapter six discusses the conclusion and expectation.
