The Study On Lenin's Thought Of Social Management

Social management is an important function for managing state and social affairs; it has an important role in deriving social development and human development and keeping social stability. Marx and Engels Social Management Thought is an important part of Marxism treasury, and that is the source and the beginning of the Marxist ideology of social management. Lenin social management thinking is a product of putting Marx and Engels Social Management Thought into the socialist construction of Soviet Russia. Lenin social management not only made Marxist ideology of social management ideas from theory to practice on the road, but it also behind country gained useful experience of social management. Therefore, paying attention to research Lenin social management thinking plays an important role to implement social management and innovate social governance and build a scientific theory of social governance for our country that similarly located in the primary stage of socialism.This paper will be discussed in four aspects. The first part discusses the origins of social management ideas of Lenin that include the practice and theory origins. The second part discusses the development context of social management ideas of Lenin,its development context mainly experienced the three stages of the eve of the October Revolution period, the Soviet construction period, elderly Lenin period. The third part focuses on the main content of Lenin's idea of social management, which is the main part of this article. I try from the multiple bodies of social management, social management strategy, and protection mechanism of social management and the value of social management to discuss Lenin's idea of social management. Then, I intend from party leadership and the government-led and the dominant position of the people and other social groups' collaboration to discuss the social management of multiple subjects; from based on actual reality and promote development, adhere to the principle of firmness and flexible strategies to discuss social management strategies; Mainly from the material security, the rule of law and protection of personnel security to discuss security mechanism of social management; Mainly from the emphasis on the value of social management practices, social and human survival and development to prove the value of social management. The fourth part focuses on the historical status and significance of Lenin's idea of social management. First, as to its historical status, the Lenin social management thinking has paved the road for Marxist social from theory to practice, providing thought leadership for governance theory in our society; Secondly, mainly from insisting the model of multiple subjects to participate in community governance, adhering to constantly improve the protection mechanisms involved in social governance, uphold scientific social governance to steadily push forward social development and adhere to make the interest of people as the fundamental objective of social governance to discuss the realistic inspiration of Lenin Social Management thinking to our social governance.
