The Research Of The Prevention And Control Of Social Public Order By Police Station In Suburbs During The Urbanization

Along with the accelerating of city urbanization process, the influx of rural population brings a lot of workers to urban areas. At the same time, it also brings a lot of social problems. To the work of police stations in suburbs, it brings a lot of problems,such as increasing of population, expansion of city scale, lack of public resources, increasing of social contradictions, inadequate police station, complex work contents of police station. These problems make the situation of public security more complicated. Police stations in suburbs are now facing a big challenge in their work of prevention and control of social public order.In this paper, a large number of documents were collected and collated. By determining the research method and the theoretical basis, this paper arranges the situations of prevention and control of social public order and the problems faced by police stations in suburbs. On this basis, this paper analyses why it is difficult to improve the level of prevention and control of social public order by police stations in suburbs. Finally, according to the related theories, drawing lessons from western developed countries in their process of urbanization, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the level of prevention and control of social public order by police stations in suburbs of Shanghai.This paper is divided into four sections. The first chapter is the introduction, introducing the research method, the significance of the topic, the research status and literature review, the research innovation and difficulties. The second chapter is about the theoretical basis of prevention and control of social public order by police stations in suburbs. The city social governance theory and community policing theory are the main reference theories of this paper. Taking an example of Jiading district of Shanghai, this paper arranges the situations of prevention and control of social public order and the problems faced by police stations in suburbs, and analyses why it is difficult to improve the level of prevention and control of social public order by police stations in suburbs. Combined with the analysis of the third chapter, the fourth chapter is about the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the level of prevention and control of social public order by police stations in suburbs of Shanghai.
