Population ageing is the inevitable result of economic and social development. Our country enter the aging society in 2000, and become the aging's most populous nation. Fertility rates are falling, the family structure miniaturization, caused our country increasingly showing a family endowment resources are insufficient, the trend of family support function weakened, the traditional pension system faces many challenges. Three cities as the largest number of cities in our country, especially the state of the old before rich, insufficient investment, the concept of the traditional family endowment and other factors which influence the development of pension service socialization.This paper fuxin city in western liaoning area as an example, analyzing the characteristics of the city's old team, experience of pension service socialization pilot cities in liaoning province were analyzed in detail, and explores the related elements of fuxin endowment socialization service system construction, the concrete practice, the development present situation and problems, and proposes countermeasures and Suggestions on this basis, the emphasis should seek breakthrough in the mechanism, the concept and service, strengthening the cooperation of the government and society, encouraging the public participation and universal care, promote the development of pension service socialization and industrialization direction.This article advocates the participation by all circles of the society endowment service, introduces the research background, lists the related theory, through describing the basic situation of fuxin city endowment service socialization development, summarize the problems arising from the analysis of fuxin city endowment service socialization development, then the characteristics of different countries and regions listed socialization mechanisms, and finally puts forward Suggestions for the further development of fuxin city endowment service socialization, better development endowment service socialization.
