Research On The Medical-nursing Combined Pension Service Security Policy Of The Aged From The Perspective Of The Welfare Pluralism

"The aged care" refers to the basic old-age service security, including daily care and spiritual comfort services, etc. With the development of the aging population in our country, especially the advanced age, disability and empty nest in population, making the pension problems more complicated, "the aged care" have more abundant connotations. Old people not only want to "the aged care ", also want to "the aged medical-care ", the demand for health has become more and more urgent. But at present, in our country, the "medical" service is very little in the endowment service system. Therefore, we must speed up the development of new type, the combination of medical nursing care and home-based care to deal with this problem.Under the guidance of welfare pluralism theory, Suzhou explore a road that encouraging multiple subjects to be involved in the construction of social service system, and gradually form a "9064" pension service support system, and introduced support policies vigorously to set up private nursing homes in the institutional Medical-Nursing combined firstly, but the Medical-Nursing combined support policies in the home and community care services are still in the blank, can not meet the service needs of the elderly. Through empirical research, respectively, the elderly of home, day-care centers and institutions, make investigation related to supply and demand in Medical-Nursing combined,find the issue and make policy recommendations to improve.The survey found that the development of pension services in the aspect of institutional pension is better, but in the home and community level medical is more serious, thus putting forward to promote the development of Medical-Nursing from the institutional level to the household and community, including: advance the family doctor to sign system; strengthen the link of resources in Medical-Nursing combined pension service system; establish long-term care insurance system; promote the information construction of Medical-Nursing combined.
