Research On The Service Quality Of Elderly Care Institutions From The Perspective Of Welfare Pluralism

The 13th Five-Year Plan period is an important strategic window period for the reform and development of China's ageing cause and the construction of the old-age pension system.In recent years,China has gradually built up a social pension service system,and diversified social forces have entered the pension service industry,putting forward higher requirements for the quality of pension service.From the perspective of welfare pluralism,this study takes the old-age institutions in Qinhuai District of Nanjing as an investigation case,combs the development context and current situation of the service of the old-age institutions in Qinhuai District,finds out the difficulties and obstacles in the process of providing the old-age services,and conducts on-the-spot investigation by means of literature analysis,on-the-spot investigation,questionnaire survey and interview,and conducts on-the-spot investigation through sorting out and analysis and investigation.Research data,explore the causes of the problems,in order to put forward effective ways to improve the quality of service in pension institutions.On the basis of referring to the relevant evaluation criteria of the service quality of the old-age institutions,this study constructs three dimensions of the service quality of the old-age institutions:structural index,process index and outcome index,which mainly involve the basic hardware facilities of the old-age institutions,service content,service personnel and service satisfaction evaluation,etc.Through the designed service quality evaluation index to the old-age institutions.Research and analysis of service quality.Through research and development,it is found that the main problems of service quality of the old-age institutions in Qinhuai District include:imperfect hardware infrastructure;relatively single service content;low level of service;backward development of medical and nursing integration;non-standardized rules and regulations;uneven satisfaction of the elderly with services.In view of the main problems existing in the old-age institutions,this study mainly puts forward countermeasures and Reflections on the main problems from the three levels of government,institutions and the target of service.The research considers that the following points should be done to improve the service quality of the old-age institutions:first,to establish and improve the policy of the old-age service and improve the evaluation mechanism of the old-age service;second,to increase financial input and strengthen the supervision of service quality;third,to support the old-age service facilities and broaden the sources of income of the institutions;fourth,to optimize the service items and strengthen vocational skills training;fifth,to smooth the service feedback channel and attaching importance to the service needs of the elderly The improvement of the quality of service for the aged needs multi-subjects to strengthen cooperation in order to promote the sustainable development of the institutions for the aged and the social well-being of the elderly.
