Research Of Yiling District Society Of Network Governance Dilemma And Countermeasures

The 3rd Plenary Session of 18th CPC Central Committee meeting put forward the innovation of social governance, enhancing social vitality, improving social governance. With the social development and reform, the government is also continuing to explore new methods of social governance. Yiling District, continuing to explore new mode of social governance in the process, through the delineation of grid and building the government information platform, not only improved level of governance, but also brought some problems. This paper will take the network governance from the perspective of further exploration in Yiling District Social Governance strategy.This article besides the introduction, there are three main parts. Firstly introduces the network society governance status of Yiling district. Yiling district is regarded as the "national social organization innovation demonstration zone in 2014" by the Ministry of civil affairs. And social organization as an important part of social governance, the region in this respect has the advantage be richly endowed by nature, and in the process of the network social governance gradually shows the characteristics of grid structure, lower center of governance gravity and digital technology widely being used. Because of the traditional system problem not being broken, Network Society Governance Dilemma in Yiling district has appeared. The second part is focused on the analysis dilemma of the region in the network social governance such as:autonomous space stricturization, the overall governance, demand and the service mismatching and high cost. Based on the analysis and reference of domestic and international network social governance experience, combined with the characteristics of the development of Yiling District, Yiling district network social governance development strategy has been put forward.The innovation of this paper is based on the growth of basic level autonomous demands, demand management becoming dynamic and service demand diversification, network governance provides the social governance a broader thought. After analyzing the present situation and predicament of Yiling District, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasure and suggestion, which is the innovative exploration of network social governance in this area..
