Research On How To Improve The Political Qualities Of The Township Party Cadres Under The New Media Environment

Township is the most grass-roots regime organization in our country, it Is the foundation of our party's ryling hierarchy. The township party cadres are the governing backbone of the party in the rural places, the bridge and the link to tie with the masses. They are the propaganda practitioners of the national guidelines and policies, the impiementers and direct leaders of various undertakings In the countryside. They play an important role in the construction of new rural areas. Political quality of the township party cadres relates to the implementation of the party's routes, guidelines and policies. It relates to whether the new rural construction can be developed healthily and orderly or not. It relates to the image of the party and the country. It also relates to the harmonious and stable development of the society.The main part of this article starts from the connotation discourses of the political qualities and party members' political qualities .Then this paper elaborates the connotation of the township party cadres political qualities,which contains the political stand, political belief, political morality, political values, political theory quality, political legal quality and governing ability. This article expounds the importance of the development of the township party cadres' political qualities, which combines the important role of the party members for the new ryral construction and the integration of urban and rural development.Since the 1990s, our country has entered a new era, when the new media affects the political, economic, cultural and social aspects of people's life profoundly. This article expounds the meaning and characteristics of new media. Then it sums up the opportunities that new media bring to the township party cadres. The new media can help the township party cadres obtain a lot of political information, carry on the ideological and political study anytime and anywhere, interact with the superior party equality, and be supervised by the superior party,, the masses and social consensus. However, the challenges coexist with the opportunities. Firstly, the spread of the false information shakes the political stand and political belief of the township party cadres. Secondly, the spread of the multi-value system causes the deviation of the political morality and political values of the township party cadres.
