Research On Development Counterplan Of Shenyang Religious Charity

Charity is a noble, community-driven and public welfare undertaking which not only plays a role in relief also could balance the flow of wealth to weak the income gap. Though Shenyang has achieved great effort since from the Reform and opening up of China, Its's still in great need for religious charity to promote the harmony of the local society,for the social security system is too limited and there are still many poor.The thesis surveyed and analyzed the status of religious charity in Shenyang, mainly included the realistic conditions, development and community involvement, which based on the further charity of some core concept such as religious charitable organizations and charity. By horizontal comparison, the collected information and date shows that Shenyang has made considerable progress in religious charity, at the same time it also shows the number of religious charitable organizations is too small, the operation of charitable organizations are non-standard, the community awareness and participation in the lower. There are several reasons for these problems:laws and regulations lag behind of charity development, charitable culture is relatively weak, the government support isn't enough to religious charitable organizations, charitable organizations background constraint its development.Followed the religious secularization and the non-profit organization theory, with the actual situation, the thesis says that the key to upgrade the development level of religious charity in Shenyang is to construct a new mode of charity development. In the new mode, new operational mechanisms should be founded and the government, religious charitable organizations, donors (or potential donors), and recipient were in their proper positions, corporate well each other. While, some effective measures should be take to promote the cultural construction of religious charity, to strengthen policy support and legal guarantee, to improve the operation of the weak links of charitable organizations.
