A Study On The Legal Status Of Charity Of Religious Organizations In My Country

Since ancient times,religion has been closely linked to charity.Among them,the teaching of religion is to encourage people to cultivate themselves and do good.It is this selfless spirit in both spiritual and material terms.In modern China,China's religious field has emerged in various charitable activities,with certain advantages and huge potential.In particular,the development of China 's social environment is getting faster and faster,and the legal environment is also constantly being improved,which also provides a good environment for the development of charity in China's religious organizations.In 2012,China 's State Administration of Religious Affairs and several central ministries and commissions jointly issued the “Opinions on Encouraging and Regulating Religious Activities in Public Welfare and Charity Activities”,in which the State 's formal support for religious organizations 'charity work And encouragement.In 2016,China introduced the Charity Law,which is also an important support for religious organizations to engage in charity in the future.It expounds the operation of religious organizations and related legal issues when they carry out charitable causes,which has inspired the future development of religious organizations.This article is mainly divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.In this part,it mainly introduces the background,significance,and related research basis of the topic,so as to determine the thinking of the thesis research.The second part is the history of the development of religious organizations in China and the reform of the legal system.In this section,the development of religious charities in ancient and modern China is described,and the evolution and current status of the legal system of religious organizations in China are also introduced.The third part is the plight of the legal status of charity in China's religious groups and its causes.In this part,it mainly analyzes the plight of the legal status of charities in China 's religious groups and the causes.The fourth part is the dilemma and causes of the charity status of religious venues in China.In this part,the dilemma and causes of the charity status of religious venues in China are analyzed.The fifth part is the suggestions for constructing the legal status of charity in China 's religious organizations.In this part,suggestions are put forward for the above research issues,which are mainly divided into the legal status of religious groups,the legal status of charities,and the exploration of charitable trusts Three aspects of the model.It is hoped that this study can clarify the legal position of religious organizations in charitable organizations in the future,and promote religious organizations to better contribute to the development of charitable organizations in China.
