Grassroots Democracy In Rural China In The New Period

Grass-roots democracy in rural areas, is the party and the state based on the present, focus on long-term project of the century and a great idea, not only embodies the party and the country attached great importance to rural work, but also reflects the farmers' ownership of a shared vision. Push forward the construction of rural grass-roots democracy, we can contribute to building a beautiful China, promote people's welfare, to achieve sustainable development of the Chinese nation; able to build a socialist harmonious society escort, to resolve social conflicts in rural areas, to maintain long-term stability of rural society. Then, in the present and future for a long period of time, in order to enhance the level of development of rural grassroots democracy, we must take the road of scientific development, the pace of development in keeping with the times, united as one, down to earth, to tackle tough, innovation, and implementation of rural work tasks, security and stability, to seek harmony, promote development, and strive to build a socialist harmonious society and building a beautiful China's great contribution to the cause. In view of this, I believe that the new era strengthen grassroots democracy in rural areas, from the following aspects:optimizing rural industrial structure, enhance the total rural economy; the real implementation of the "four democracies, two open" to achieve a wide range of masters primary; improve the overall quality of rural cadres, to better serve the great practice of building grass-roots democracy in rural areas; increase education propaganda villager autonomy, to stimulate enthusiasm for political participation of rural residents; establish and improve the rural residents to participate in village major issues decision-making system, to broaden the channels for expressing the interests of rural residents; to build strong and effective rural grassroots party organizations, to promote the in-depth development of villager autonomy; adhere to the rule of law village, to create transparent and efficient administrative environment.
