Research On The Construction Of Smart Police Platform In Xigang, DaLian

With the rapid development of big data, cloud computing, the traditional information technology has been unable to meet the economic and social development. Especially the further development of network technology and the emergence of the Internet of things, make the information transmission way, communication and organization of management had profound changes. Then the "smart city" which is smart, harmonious and sustainable, has appeared to make a new way to manage city and society, so that policing, in such a trend, has began to changing into "smart police" from the "e-police". This article takes Xigang district as the research object, through theoretical review and practical analysis, researched the construction of smart policing platform.In this paper, we gave a survey on the situation of police and electronic police in Xigang, and analyzes the quo and problems on policing of public security situation, personnel structure, working status and other aspects. Analyzes the quo and problems on e-policing of the system can not be integrated, heavy hardware, light software, update and maintenance of several aspect. Combined with the theory of smart policing, demonstrated the full and necessary of the construction of smart policing platform, the relationship between the platform and the external factors, then put forward the construction principle of the smart policing platform. Then, this article, designed the platform construction scheme in the sight of function, divided the platform into the infrastructure layer, the information data layer and application layer, and discussed about the related functions, and did some further studies about cooperative work system, perception& publish system and analysis system, in particularly, prospected the application of the smart policing with the crime analysis.At last the article proposed operable measures and suggestions about the stage and the assurance of the construction of the smart policing platform, provides theoretical reference and practical basis for the construction and operation of the smart policing platform in Xigang.
