Investigation On The Working Pressure For Public Security Police In Furong Public Security Sub Bureau Of Changsha City Public Security Bureau

Police as a special social group,its police work has high risk,high resistance,and high stress.The special function of the police profession determines that the psychological pressure of the police is larger than that of the general social group,and it belongs to the occupation with a high degree of psychological pressure.In this paper,the police work of the actual situation,taking Changsha City Public Security Bureau police station,as an example,the police work pressure survey,this paper,firstly introduced the work pressure,the police work pressure,the relevant concepts,elaborated the theory of work pressure management.Secondly,according to the theory of pressure source,this paper designs the questionnaire and implementation scheme,and analyzes the relationship between the main pressure source and working pressure on the individual characteristics,and analyzes the main reasons of the work pressure,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from two aspects: subjective and objective.
