The Evaluation And Path Research Of The Construction Of Public Security Organs'intelligence And Political Work

With the rapid development of the modernization of public security in China,many construction projects with big data and other technologies have emerged to promote the intelligent development of public security political work.Compared with traditional political work,smart political work is not only efficient and fast,but also has higher intelligence,stronger intelligence and better digitalization.Big data technology is integrated into the political and industrial work of public security to realize the in-depth mining of political and industrial data and achieve the effect of early prediction,accurate prediction and accurate decision-making.As a key means to realize the effectiveness of the construction management of the public security organs,performance evaluation has become an inevitable way to the success of the construction of the public security organs.However,there are few studies on the performance evaluation of the construction of wisp in the existing researches,and there are few studies on the evaluation of the construction of wisp from the whole tracking and process of the project construction,and the modification of the construction of wisp based on that.So this article study aims to fill the past administrative construction and evaluation of relevant theory blank wisdom.Firstly,it defines the basic concept of the wisdon of polictical Work through the literature review and concept analysis in-depth understanding of the essential factor of political work wisdom,and puts forward that wise political is big data fusion technology in political work of the new mode of public security political work operation from the perspective of system theroy.Secondly,based on the theory of the logical model and expert investigation method,Delphi method,and the methods of analytic hierarchy process(ahp),this article builds a relatively scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of the public security organ the wisdom of political work construction,among them,based on the discrete coefficient and dichotomy respectively tested the importance and the rationality of index system,and according to the coordination coefficient computing expert opinion consistency,the index system is more reasonable.And the use of analytic hierarchy process(ahp)creates a more objective index weight configuration.In addition,according to the evaluation criteria and methods of the indicators,this study evaluated the construction of the intelligent political work of public security organs in W city through questionnaire survey,further deepened the case application of the evaluation index model of the construction of intelligent political work,and further analyzed the problems existing in the construction of intelligent political work.Finally,on the basis of the previous study and the analysis of typical cases,some generalSuggestions with reference value are put forward to improve the feasible path of the construction of public security organs' wisdom and political work.One is to strengthen data consciousness and cultivate intelligent thinking;the second one is to improve the top-level design and strengthen the organizational guarantee;the third one is to innovative product development,collaborative function and application function;Fourth,scientific testing and assessment to promote sustainable development.Through multiple efforts and combination of punch,it can promote the construction of public security intelligence and political work to a higher level and greater capacity for the futher step.
