| Institutional pension is an inevitable trend in the development of my country’s pension model,which can cover the shortage of conventional pension methods to a certain extent.Pension is an important livelihood work.Elderly care services relate to everyone and every family.However,my country’s institutional elderly care services currently have the contradiction between the insufficient supply of beds and the high vacancy rate.How to increase the elderly’s willingness to provide for the elderly in institutions,realize the rational allocation of elderly care resources,and find a way that suits my country’s conditions and maximizes the satisfaction of people The scheme is important to elderly care.The urban elderly are the major research subject of this paper,a case of study of the elderly in Jinan city.The theoretical basis of institutional pension willingness of the urban elderly is theory of planned behavior,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,and welfare pluralism.The research is mainly accomplished in several ways:First,it conducted a research on the willingness and mode of elderly care for the elderly in urban areas,deeply analyzed the differences in the choice of elderly care models,and used the SWOT model to analyze the characteristics of institutional care for the elderly in urban areas,further revealing the particularity of institutional care for the elderly.And the need to guide the elderly in institutions.The empirical analysis is carried out through the questionnaire descriptive analysis,interactive analysis and logistic regression analysis were included.Advanced experience at home and abroad put forward relevant policy recommendations.Through empirical analysis,the following research conclusions are drawn,The urban elderly are less willing to provide for the aged in institutions,Whether the urban elderly are willing to live in pension institutions is impacted by multiple factors.According to the empirical analysis,the main influencing factors are: age,matrionial res,education level,current employment status,actual the quantity of children,household income and expenditure,chronic disease status,activities of daily living,self-rated health status,life Satisfaction and perception of senior care institutions.According to the research conclusions,it is necessary to create a good social atmosphere,improve the construction and management capabilities of institutions,and strengthen the promotion and guidance role of the government to guide the elderly’s willingness to provide for the elderly in institutions and enhance their happiness. |
