Rural Women's Willingness To Work In Tang County And Analysis Of Influencing Factors

China is still an agricultural country with 600 million farmers living in rural areas.Agriculture,rural areas and farmers have always been the fundamental issues in China's economic and social development.In the process of urbanization,a large number of young and middle-aged men work in cities in rural areas,and rural women become the main body of rural labor force.Under the background of current rural revitalization strategy,the main body of rural areas is the female labor force,and rural women have become an important force of rural revitalization.However,affected by some factors,the role of rural women in rural revitalization is still relatively weak,which restricts the development process and quality improvement of rural revitalization.It is of great practical and theoretical significance to study the entrepreneurship of rural women and analyze the factors that affect their entrepreneurial intention in order to improve the quality of rural women's human capital,improve the level of rural women's entrepreneurship and employment,and promote the high-quality and high-speed development of rural revitalization.Based on the rural women's entrepreneurship willingness as the breakthrough point,according to the 238 volunteers of the will of the rural women's entrepreneurship questionnaire data,entrepreneurial intention of rural women and 13 rural women's subjective and objective factors in the descriptive statistical analysis,using the binary Logistic regression model to the 13 rural women entrepreneurship subjective and objective factors in the regression analysis.The research shows that the influence of entrepreneurship training,working status and entrepreneurial intention on the entrepreneurial intention of rural women in tang county is not significant.There was a negative correlation between the degree of education,the total number of families and the attention of entrepreneurship information and the entrepreneurial intention of rural women.Entrepreneurial skills,understanding of entrepreneurial policies,age,entrepreneurial experience of relatives and friends,family net income(years),health status and whether rural women have working experience have a positive correlation with rural women's entrepreneurial intention.The analysis also shows that the low quality level of rural women,the poor basic conditions for rural entrepreneurship and the lack of financial support are the main reasons for the low entrepreneurial willingness of rural women.The main Suggestions are as follows: first,measures should be taken to improve the quality of rural women,which is the basic condition for improving their entrepreneurial intentions;Second,establishing and improving the basic conditions for rural entrepreneurship,constantly improving the system and mechanism for entrepreneurship,and providing complete and effective basic conditions for entrepreneurship are the key conditions for the transformation of rural women's entrepreneurial intention into entrepreneurial behavior.Third,expanding financial support channels and reducing capital application and operating costs are important guarantees for enhancing rural women's willingness to start businesses and increasing their initiative,flexibility and sustainability.The innovation of this paper lies in: first,the innovation of research perspective.This paper focuses on the fundamental factor that affects the entrepreneurship of rural women--entrepreneurial intention,which is a research on the original driving force of entrepreneurial behavior with a relatively new perspective.Second,the empirical evidence is sufficient.The data of this research are from the typical sample survey of counties.The sample size is large and the questionnaire quality is high,which has a high empirical support for the research conclusion.Third,the research conclusion is of high practical value.In the decisive period of the battle against poverty,the conclusion of this study has important practical value to break the bottleneck of labor force in rural revitalization and develop and utilize the female labor force.
