Research On The Willingness And Influencing Factors Of Farmer Household Living In Concentrated Areas

The rapid advance of urbanization attracts a large number of rural laborers to go to cities, aim to develop in urban areas. To a certain extent, this increases the income of farmers, but their rural housing has been idle for a long time, which lead to "hollow village" phenomenon is relatively serious, hinder the sustainable development of rural economy. Shaanxi province is located in the western regions, economic development is relatively slow, labor erosion is serious,"people leave and house is empty" problem appear in rural areas, the new rural community construction is imminent. Thus, researching on the willingness and influencing factors of farmer household living in concentrated areas have important theoretical and practical significance, it is the inevitable requirement of rural modernization.This paper mainly adopts the method of combining theoretical and empirical research. Firstly, analyzing the living situation of six counties (regions) according to the survey results, understand the rural residence on the whole; then analyzing the main influence factors of concentrated living willingness by using single factor variance analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis methods, it is concluded that without considering other factors, the main influence factors of concentrated living willingness include housing construction time, housing area, the existing housing type, infrastructure, residence choices under the economic conditions allow, the way obtain buildings, the handled way of idle houses, whether know the land circulation policy or not, the willingness of transferring contracted land, land and housing, whether agree to withdraw the village and build building or not, the use of replacement land and the number of migrant workers go home. But under the condition of considering the effects of other factors, housing area, the existing housing type, whether know the land circulation policy or not and the number of migrant workers go home have no significant impact on concentrated living willingness. At the same time, this article through factor analysis, concluded that the main factors of concentrated living willingness are farmer household living status, the main body behavior of farmer household, the policy knowledge of farmer household have know and transfer willingness, land use and the housing demand of migrant workers. Finally, basing on the influence factors of empirical part concrete, put forward to some suggestions, for example, government investment guide, change the traditional concepts, establish and improve the farmers land circulation policy and other corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
