The Government Management Research Of Ordos Airport Logistics Park

Ordos airport logistics park is the only park as airport logistics the main industrial park in ordos city, which belongs to the third industry. It has the very big agglomeration force for adjusting the industrial structure in the city, extending the existing industry chain and forming new economic growth point. In recent years, the climax of the construction of logistics park is emerging across the country. Most of the logistics parks are located in the superior location and convenient traffic conditions and favorable market environment. Construction situation is also various.Relying on the Government-led construction of the Park, there are a lot of problems in the process of building, such as enterprises entering difficult,slow project construction, popular gathering difficult problems and so on.These problems can divide into two aspects from the source. One hand,economy downward pressure on the current domestic big environment and the whole ordos city's economic development make airport logistics industry ushered in the "winter". On the other hand, the government management mode is still in a single administration. It isn't optimize from the top level design. In the terms of using the policy, servicing enterprises and promoting the project construction, there also has many problems. Basing on my fully involving in the ordos airport logistics park construction and the investment promotion and capital introduction work,I deeply realized that the emergence of these problems for the airportlogistics park to solve the current difficulties and the importance of long-term development.In this paper, the research method adopts data access, field investigation and statistical induction method with the combination of a variety of ways. Basing on the existing conditions, this article focus on how to solve the practical problems existing in the development of park construction, promote the park for the long-term development. This article first chapter mainly introduces the meaning and the purpose of this writing. The second chapter mainly introduces the ordos city and the problems existing in the ordos airport logistics park and the reason analysis. The third chapter is mainly aimed at the problems existing in the proposed targeted countermeasures and Suggestions from the aspects of government management.
