With the exponential growth of China’s economy, the industrial economy’s GDP proportion is increasing as well. Industrial production has become a vital pillar and pushing force of the economy; the eco-industrial park is an important development model that is gradually becoming more and more publicly aware. Because China’s industrial base is weak in comparison to other nations, in terms of the park’s development, there are still numerous issues arising. Therefore, the management of this project by the government is as well facing problems. For instance, the imbalance of powers in management, the construction issues, the quality of materials used, and the standards of engineering construction are just a few of the major issues to name. This essay seeks to speak from the perspective of the government to analyze the developmental and management issues as a means to push forward the project.First, the essay will discuss the structure of the park’s project and briefly touch base on the history of how the park became to be.
