On The Improvement Of Fire Safety Service Level In Hohhot

In recent years, fire and other public safety issues frequently occur throughout the country. There have been two fire accidents in the last three years, in which more than 100 people were killed. From 2009 to 2014, 144 fire fighting soldiers died at the expense of the fire fighting and rescue,whose average age was 24 years old. From 2012 to 2015, average annual2530 fires occurred in Hohhot, resulting in a total of 33 people died. So far a large number of high rise buildings, underground engineering, flammable and explosive hazardous chemicals places and large commercial centers are constantly emerging in Hohhot. At the same time, the social public service and management system are undergoing profound changes. Public fire services are facing great challenges. However, the foundation of public fire service is still relatively weak, and the fire supervision and management mechanism is imperfect in Hohhot. There are still many deficiencies in the field of fire prevention, fire fighting and emergency rescue, etc. The research of this paper helps to build and perfect the public security service of fire control system, improve the supervision and management of fire protection mechanism, enhance the level of fire supervision and the capacity of fire fighting, enhance the self service consciousness and quality of fire safety in the whole society, reduce fire danger and fire accident loss in Hohhot. It has a very important practical significance.The datas of this paper are from the China Statistical Yearbooks, the China Fire Fighting Yearbooks and the statistical yearbooks of InnerMongolia and Hohhot. This paper is divided into five parts. The introductory section introduces the significance of the selected topic,overview of academic research on the status of the public fire service, and the theoretical basis and research methods of the study. The first part introduces the concept of fire service and analyzes the public goods attribute of fire protection products. In the second part, combined with the relevant data of the fire service in recent years, this paper introduces the current situation of fire safety service in Hohhot. The third part focuses on the analysis of the problems and reasons for the lack of fire protection products in Hohhot. In the fourth part, it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of fire safety service level in Hohhot.
