Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Fire Safety Management In Cangnan County Of Wenzhou City

With the rapid development of China’s economy and the continuous improvement of the level of urbanization,emerging industries are gradually developing in the countryside,and some old industries are also gradually moving to the countryside.Economic growth is accompanied by the increase of fire hazards,rural fire accidents frequently.Therefore,it is particularly important to construct and perfect the rural fire safety management system and strengthen the rural fire safety management.The rural economy of Cangnan County of Wenzhou City is developing rapidly,but in recent years,the proportion of fire accidents in rural areas is relatively high in the statistics of the county,and the rural fire safety management is imminent.Therefore,taking Cangnan County of Wenzhou City as the study case,the local rural fire safety issues are explored,which can effectively ensure the stability of people’s lives and property safety in Cangnan County.This paper first explores the research situation of rural fire safety and fire safety management at home and abroad,and then uses the literature research method and investigation research method to understand the current situation of fire safety in rural Cangnan County in detail,and further clarify the significance of the study of rural fire safety management issues.First of all,explore the current measures and main risk sources of rural fire safety management in Cangnan County.Nowadays,with the improvement of industrialization and rapid economic development in Cangnan County,a large number of complex and non-resident population followed by economic growth,the cultural quality of the villagers which does not match the economic growth,and the unclear and incomplete responsibility of the government as the main body,all these make the rural fire management work which is difficult to manage worse.Now,cangnan county mainly adopts grids,An Wei materialization office administration management,supplemented by various forms of propaganda and education means the implementation of a series of measures such as also achieved some results,such as fire accident reduced year by year,fire safety knowledge awareness promotion and various security screening method is gradually perfect and efficient.However,there are still some problems to be solved,such as the main responsibility has not been implemented in place,the fire safety management mechanism is not perfect,the infrastructure construction is relatively backward,the propaganda and education efforts are not enough,etc.,which leads to the fire prevention and control situation in rural areas of Cangnan County is still very grim.So in view of this series of problems,the analysis of its causes,and the establishment of effective solutions,including perfect rural fire safety management mechanism,strengthen rural fire safety infrastructure construction,closely linked to the important areas of rural fire safety management work and innovation of rural fire safety publicity and education mode.This study can effectively solve the problem of rural fire safety management in Cangnan County,at the same time,it can provide reference for the grassroots government to carry out fire safety management related work,and help other areas to effectively deploy the rural fire safety management work to provide methods.
