The Research On The Party's Purity Thought Of Marx And Engels

Marx and Engels always pay attention to the construction of the party's purity in the practice of establishment and guidance of the proletarian political party. There was little discussion on purity left, but this thought had fully been reflected whether in the practice which they set up the proletarian political party or in their discourse on the proletarian political party. Based on the existing research results by domestic scholars and combined with the works of Marx and Engels about the party construction, this paper systematically discussed the concept of the party's purity, forming background, development, main contents, characteristics and important meanings.Marx and Engels thought that the proletariat must organized a purity proletariat political party as a class, which could fight with an organized bourgeoisie. They had devoted all their life experience to build and guide the new form of a proletarian political party. Throughout the life of Marx and Engels, in my opinion, the construction of the party's purity thought development process can be divided into four stages:(1) Before 1848, the party's purity thought of Marx and Engels started to appear; (2) From 1848 to 1852, the thought combined with concrete practice during the period of the guidance of Communist League for the first time; (3) From 1852 to 1883, the thought was developing in the guidance of the First International practice and the parties in Europe and the United States; (4) In 1883 after the death of Marx, Engels further developed it in the guidance of the Second international practice.The party's purity thought of Marx and Engels had rich contents, which mainly included politics, thoughts, organizations, styles, etc. The content in every aspect had played a unique role of its own in the process of ensuring the party's purity, and none is dispensable. Their thought had distinctive features, so the author generalized mainly from four aspects, such as class nature, scientificity, internationalism, creativity.The party's purity thought of Marx and Engels had rich contents and distinct features, which had an irreplaceable role of Lenin forming this aspect of thoughts and the purity construction of the Chinese communist party in nowadays.
