Internet Public Opinion Of Ethical Dilemma Research In Contemporary China

The application and popularization of the Internet on a global scale,profoundly changed human beings' traditional habits, thinking modes and ways of life.Internet, as an emerging media, different from other traditional media has the characteristics of i mmediate propagation, huge influence and in time-feedback. It quickly became an imp ortant media board to display mass of public opinions in China.The network public opinion helps people build a communication bridge between public and the government.On the one hand, it let ordinary people learn the latest pu blic events and take part in the management and supervision of public affairs in the c ountry. On the other hand, it also helps governments know public opinions at continu ously through it and improve governments management function, so as to promote the construction of politics democratic in our country. However, influenced by many fact ors, the application of network public opinion exposes a lot of problems, and things get bad and worse in our country. The virtuality and invisibility of network have caus ed some social public values changed, and make the moral values conflict to social v alues. There are four aspects highlighted nowadays, the are as follow: social justice a nd privacy of personal information,the right of net voice and maintenance to objective truth,the expansion of network freedom and stability of social order,the protection of legal rights and adhere to ethical values.when facing how to resolve these contradictio ns,and how to make the development in a virtuous cycle,The author tries to learn and understand the meaning and characteristics of netwo rk public opinion,including its impact on China's society.Then author wants to analysis and interpret the three typical contradictions one by one,and try to find significance to the development of China.Author found that the specialty,complex background and the hysteresis caused the difficult condition mainly. A serial of realistical problems ar e faced during the development course, and it formed a delema look from the moral angle.The research showed that the special social background was the inner reason wh y there are difficulties among our public opinions.And the varied social problems are t he outer reasons. The delay of internet is the technical reason, also, it affected by so me moral reasons. Through analysis, this paper focuses on three aspects to solve the occurrence problem, they are as follow: the nation, net and media. The research foundthat government should improve national law system, cultivate reasonable citizens, est ablish internet public opinions' principles and introduce some advanced experiences fro m developed countries.From the net aspect, we have to develop a high recognization a nd try to be a law-obeyed net user. Then from the media aspect, we have to improve moral education, set up the special disciplines and develop the media's conduct functi on.The wish is the research should be useful to solve the problem of ethical dilemma and help people establish correct world outlook and values.
