Study On Managementthe Illegal Act Of Road Traffic Information System Of Nanning City

Nanning is the provincial capital city of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, is the center of Guangxi's politics, culture and finance.In recent years,motor vehicles, electric bicycles, the number drivers and urban road mileage have increasedsubstantially, and due to the lack of coordination between city planning, road infrastructure, safety awareness of traffic participants, working mechanism, management level and urban transport development, contradiction between supply and demand of urban transport has becoming increasingly prominent, and road traffic safety issues have also increasingly intensified. As a primary factor affecting the road traffic safety, road traffic violations have long been threats to the safety of residents, which also hindered the economic development and urbanizationto some extent. At present, there is a lack of information system platform for the analysis and research of road traffic violations in Nanning, and the relevant resources can not be rationally and efficiently used, and there have been situations of traffic management and control traffic violations lag. Therefore, how to use the advanced project management theory to guide the construction of the information system of road traffic violations in Nanning, improve the status of traffic management and control traffic violations lag has become imperative.This paper takes the information system of road traffic violations in Nanning as an example, using the literature analysis, survey interview method and empirical research method, through the research on the domestic and international development status of the project management research, and the research status of the domestic and foreign research status, and combined with the author's experience of direct involvement in the road traffic violations information system project development in Nanning, analyzed the project development and management in project scope management, project schedule management problems, and identified and assessed the potential risk factors of key projects, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to build an efficient project team,identify the needs of the project stakeholders, make a reasonable life cycledivision of the project development, scientific split working structure, make a reasonable estimate of the project activity resources, scientific prepare project schedule, implement project potential critical risk control, and assure the project to complete the project in a limited resource and time.The conclusion is as follows:the development of system project must rely on the scientific system of project management theories, through the theory knowledge and practice, and continuous follow-up and improvement of project plan, with effective control of project potential key risk, and guide the organization project members into the reasonable scientific project arrangement and implementation work, to ensure that the project can be completed under the constraints of limited time and resources. The achievements of the project developmentpropose the targeted control measures and suggestionsfor the traffic management, with a strong practical value, which have a strong guiding significance for the traffic management departments to carry out traffic management work, indicating the development direction of traffic management work.
