Problems And Countermeasure Research Of Improving Chinese Administrative Supervision Effectiveness

The comparatively perfect administrative supervision system has been established in China after many years of practical exploration.We already have atop-downandauxiliarysystem of internal and externalby combining the basic form of government and social supervision.In thecontext of accelerating thereform of administrative system and promoting the modernization of national management system and ability to explore how to improve the administrative supervision effectiveness is an important problem to build a service-oriented government.By the 4th plenary session of the 18 th national congress of CPC put forward further administration according to law,to speed up the construction of the rule of law government.This paperanalyzednot onlyon the connotation and effectiveness of the administrative supervision but also promoted the significance of administrative supervision effectiveness.On the validity of administrative supervision and the lack of performance and deep reasons are also discussed.The author will illustrate the two aspects around the problems of the current situation of administrative supervision in our country and the lack of effectiveness of thinking and countermeasurefrom theory toevidence.To enhance supervision effectiveness is on the basis of summing up experience and seeking beneficial train of thought.The author mainly used the literary and historical analysis to discuss from the internal supervision of the administrative judicial and social supervision to the form of administrative and social supervision by public opinion and effective method.To enhance supervision effectiveness and to seek the possibility of innovationby taking advantage of the success of western supervision ideas and combining with China's existingadministrative experience.The authorbelieve that reform of our administrative supervision system should be improved byensuring the institutional setting and monitoring program of multiple subject,strengthening cooperation of supervision mechanism,strengthening the administrative supervision according to law,restricting power with the system andimproving the quality and ability of supervisors,promoting transparency by the modernization of the electronic government affairs in the new period,and bymaking full use of benefits of the mass peopleto improve the validity of administrative supervision.
