Research On The Reform And Development Of Modern Chinese Administrative Supervision

Administrative supervision is the primary method to promote the government's administrative effectiveness,also is a powerful weapon to ensure government decrees.With the economy development of our country and the depending of the reform,the significance of the administrative supervision becomes more and more noticeable.In previous theoretical research,the research on the administrative supervision is rare,there is no system of supervision Theoretical System.This paper intends to start from the relevant theoretical analysis of administrative supervision,summarized the origin,definition,positioning and characteristics.Combing the development of contemporary Chinese administrative supervision work,the experience of other provinces and cities of China,learn from the experience of the United States,France and Japan.Through the changes and administrative supervision mechanism of Nanjing,try to reveal the nature of administrative supervision,characteristics and basic operating rules,and through a variety of methods of comprehensive analysis,in-depth summary of the reform of Nanjing's reform efforts,such as the integration of the machine structure is more independent,resource integration,big supervision of the core,the work way,the actual effectiveness has been improved.Nanjing supervision work as an example,combined with the practice and thinking of Nanjing supervision case,analysis of contemporary Chinese administrative supervision work problems,such as the administrative supervision mechanism is not perfect,the lack of quantitative administrative supervision evaluation system and incentive mechanism,the system of administrative supervision and legal system construction,administrative supervision team to be strengthened,etc.Analysis of the causes of the problem of administrative supervision work,and put forward some ideas to promote the scientific development of Chinese administrative supervision work of scientific development.And suggestions,such as the construction of scientific supervision network system and supervision network platform,improve the administrative supervision of the legislative construction and system construction,the introduction of multiple agent to take a variety of ways,improve the scientific evaluation system,reasonable use of supervision results and strengthen supervision team construction,with a view to the current development of administrative supervision and supervision.
