Study On The Cultural Construction Of Rural Community During The Urbanization Process

Due to the long-term influence of the system "urban-rural dual structure",a new dual community has come out during the rapid transformation process from dual to urban in Wenzhou, that is one community combined by several villages, but the administration of the village still exists. The community and administration of village operate synchronously. As a special existence, with the function of urban community and the feature of rural village, it not only provide the necessary public service, but also meet the growing demand of culture resources to enhance the residents sense of identity of community and maintain social harmony and stability. Therefor, under the background of urbanization, the investigation and research about the community culture construction and the suggestion for improvement according to real status have great significance to implement the current strategy of urbanization.In this paper, Take Longwan District in Wenzhou as a case, using a combination of urban theory, social management theory, Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, through on-the-spot visit to communities, interviews with community leaders, and other staff members and the masses, to tease out the feature and problems of culture construction of urban community during the urbanization process in Longwan. According to the status of rural community culture construction in Longwan, focus on the discussing about the lack of of cultural infrastructure in Longwan during the transition from rural communities to the urban community, the lack of community team, the poor Leadership of mainstream values, the shortage of cultivation for social organizations; analyze the reasons according to these aspect: insufficient cognition, overload role of government, weak consciousness of residents, residents, insufficient public investment, at the meanwhile, it also introduced the unique experience of the rural community culture construction in Longwan. Finally, it summarized that the rural cultural construction need to take the government, social, and residents as the the body; to grasp the main factors of the capital, position, talent and networks; to establish a a complete rural community management mechanism, market mechanism, boutique cultural mechanism, reverse mechanism evaluation mechanism; to actively adapt to new tendency of of cultural development; to improve the community residents cultural conditions and optimize community cultural service system in order to meet the new voice of the people who who want to have more cultural supplies.
