Cultural Construction Of Rural Communities In Qinhuangdao Under The Background Of New Urbanization

At present,the construction of China's urbanization is gradually transitioning to a new road which places emphasis on urban and rural planning,economic intensive development,and harmonious development.In this process,economic development and cultural construction complement each other and are indispensable.The construction of new urbanization has promoted the cultural construction of rural communities,and the rise and gradual improvement of rural community culture has also promoted the process of new urbanization.Exploring the interactive relationship between new urbanization construction and rural community culture construction is an important topic in building a well-off society in China.The research on the cultural construction of rural communities in Qinhuangdao will boost the healthy and effective development of Qinhuangdao's new urbanization and the realization of the goal of “a strong coastal city and a beautiful port city”.Based on the new urbanization and rural community culture construction theory,combined with the domestic and abroad situation of rural community culture construction,this paper analyzes the status quo of Qinhuangdao rural community culture construction under the background of new urbanization by adopting literature research method,questionnaire survey method and case study method.This paper puts forward the problems of lack of high-quality team,homogenization tendency,imperfect community function and misplacement of construction in the cultural construction of Qinhuangdao rural community,analyzes the causes of the problem from two aspects: cultural construction subject and community service system.,proposes an effective way through the self-management of the community,the guidance of government organizations and the multi-injection of capital to innovate and develop the cultural construction of rural communities in Qinhuangdao.This paper analyzes the current situation of rural community construction in Qinhuangdao.It enriches the theoretical study of rural community culture construction under the background of new urbanization process.Through the analysis of the current situation of rural community culture construction in this area,it explores the path of rural community culture construction in line with the actual situation of local new urbanization,provides a theoretical basis for the new urbanization construction of Qinhuangdao City,especially the cultural construction of rural communities.
