Volunteer service is the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation,excellent quality and spirit of mutual assistance in the contemporary society and the focus of the continuation of the times, it is given a new era of meaning and practical significance. Since twentieth Century,Volunteer service activities are recognized increasingly by the society, which widely carried out in the world, showing a trend of normal development, practice proves that volunteer service in the process of promoting economic and social development and progress plays an important role. China's real sense of the development of volunteer service began in the early 90's, after years of development and improvement, volunteer service is being valued,promoted and recognized by the whole society.
