Learning education activities of the CCP in the 21th century both inheritance and innovation,in the style of management,the thought construction has made remarkable achievements,but also faced with many new problems.The study of learning education activities during this period has important implications,in theory can enrich and improve the party's construction theory,enrich the ideological and political education theory,in practice,help to promote comprehensive governing party,to strengthen and improve the party's education activities.The first part of this article combed the first rural learning "the three represents"important thought education activities,maintains the communist party member advanced education activity,study practice scientific development concept education activity,the party's mass line education practice activities,and "three real steady tightening" process of the thematic education activity five times,including background,phase partitioning,results summary.The second part from the initiating mode,operation mechanism,content,method of publicity methods,principles,checking and supervision mechanism and so on,this paper summarizes the new century to study the law of education activity characteristics and experience,mainly include:important thought theory point of view as bedding,under the unified leadership of the central,central "provisions action" and "voluntary",the combination of learning activity leadership high-level configuration,leadership governs incorruptibly,from top to bottom,emphasis on study of classic works,the party constitution and important documents,reverse positive propaganda and education,the combination of adhere to the"curing,cure patents",establish learning education inspection supervision mechanism,etc.Third part in the affirmation of learning education activities in the new century will be a great achievement at the same time,there are some problems and the insufficiency in activities are pointed out.Mainly include mobile party members in learning education"vacuum",non-public economy organization learning education activities,the rural grass-roots organization learning education activities in the weak link,ideological understanding does not reach the designated position,the heavy form light effect,activity effect is not persistent.The fourth part to solve these problems and the insufficiency,and puts forward the corresponding measures to improve the effectiveness of learning education activities.To the flow of party members to reform the traditional management mode,adhere to the difference between situation,dynamic management;Non-public economic organizations should innovative activities of leadership and innovation mechanism;Rural grassroots organizations to optimize system of cadres at the same time with the help of a "first secretary" to strengthen the leadership of learning education activities.In addition to foster a sense of purpose,to build a long-term mechanism study education activity,dispel formalism and the "sports type" regulation.Deepen reform is the theme of the work,party members and cadres is key to deepen the reform in the cause of power,to strengthen the construction of party members and cadres thought,deepen reform of the skirmish.Through the study of the party's all previous learning education activity since the new century,the study can help to find the problems in the education activities,make up for the loopholes and improvement,and to make learning emphatically,truly implement education activities.Change style,enhance its governance capacity ultimately beneficial to the party,to deepen the reform of the leadership of the great career better.
