Now,in China,our society is in the period of so called “risk society”, the trend of interests pluralism is strengthening,so is the citizen's demand for information and service.But some government official's inaction and careless work had seriously affected public's perception of the government,resulting in the decline of the government's credibility.what's more,in the era of new media, the weibo,which has the communication mechanism of “One To N To N”,causing the government to be challenged.Therefore,using every new channels to rebuild the government's image of clean and integrity has become a major subject to academia, politics and industry.With the popularity of mobile network and smartphone, the WeChat platform which rely on mobile terminal has developed rapidly.And as the prevailing of e-government,the government's WeChat platform has become the promoter of social innovation and management,due to it's unique properties such as privacy, directivity and precision.It is good for the building of dialogue mechanism based on equality?two-way communication mechanism and a more comprehensive service mechanism.Therefore,the government's WeChat platform is a great tool to shape the image of the government and has meet the needs of building service-oriented and innovative government of the times. In addition,tne information transmission on the government's WeChat platform are based on the user 's actively attention,whcih means those behaviour has the basis of mutual trust. The government's WeChat platform can create a more rational and stable environment for the building of government image.This article study the subject about the government's WeChat platform's effect on the building of the government's image, based on the research background mentioned above.Refering to the propagation mode of E-government weibo, this article has constructed the model of information transmission on the government's WeChat platform.I think that the government's WeChat platform has the advantage of precision and spread,which can shape and spread the government image effectively.Secondly, based on the strategy of "CIS" and Liao Lijian's system theory on government image,I intend to find out a static analysis framework about government WeChat building government's image.Then, determine the path to shapethe government's image,considering the user and the function of the government's WeChat platform,which is the way on information releasing,interactive communicating and service providing.Those paths constitute a dynamic analytical framework about goverment WeChat building government's image. Based on static and dynamic analysis framework,I had finished the research on “Shanghai release”,using the method of content analysi,and had find out it's disadvantages during the process of shaping the government's image.At last,in order to build better government's image,this article has put forward some strategy, in consideration of the government's WeChat platform 's defects duiring the operation.
