Research On The Problems Of Government Wechat In Shaping The Image Of Local Government

In the background of new government media,government Wechat not only causes new changes in different fields of society,but also brings opportunities and challenges to the shaping of the governmental official image.With the development of Internet technology,the spread of information accelerates,the frequency of network emergencies occurrence becomes higher,the more network rumors generate.And all of these bring severe challenges for the government to shape its image,especially for the local one.As the public platform of government Wechat is the window to communicate with the public,it plays an essential role to build the government image.Therefore,how to build a good administration visualize has become one of the key tasks of the government affairs.The building of official local governmental image affects the public’s satisfaction and recognition of government.Besides,it influences the establishment and improvement of official system,as well as the continuous improvement of government’s governance ability.Based on the theory of image restoration,usage and satisfaction and technological governance,the author applies the methods of literature collection and data sorting to analyze how to shape the image of local government by Henan Province public Wechat.According to the observation and analysis,there are some issues in building the local visualize,such as insufficient influence,lacking response about public opinion,lacking of the innovative technical talents,and insufficient interaction with the public.According to the data collection and analysis of administration Wechat in Henan Province,the author thinks that the reasons for the problem include the lag of government administrative concepts,the incomplete operation mechanism of official We Chat and the insufficient management of governmental We Chat platform as well as the restriction of user interactive habits.For the aspects of official Wechat standardization,Wechat technology improvement and motivated user stickness,and etc.,the author came up with the improvement strategies to perfect the image of local government in Henan Province.Taking Henan Province as an example,based on the studies and analyzes of problems and causes,some feasible strategies are raised in shaping the image of local government.And this could provide a power source for the healthy and sustainable development of Wechat in Henan Province.This paper aims to make efforts in the field of big data and cloud computing services,leading to a better image of local government.
