At present, Guangxi has entered the critical period of economic transformation and upgrading. The adjustment of industrial structure optimization is particularly urgent and important. Industrial structure adjustment is a long-term and complicated system engineering, not only to play a decisive role in market mechanism in the allocation of resources, but also can not be separated from the government's macroeconomic control and industrial policy guidance. In recent years, Guangxi has staged a series of policies to promo industrial structure, however, some policies have not been very well implemented, there are many problems in the policy implementation, influence the realization of policy goals. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the problems in the implementation of the policy, in-depth analysis of its causes, so as to improve the policy implementation. So, with describing the definition of the policy implementation, through the way of questionnaire survey, sums up and analyzes the problems existing in the current execution of Guangxi industrial structure adjustment policy, and the reasons for in-depth analysis, put forward to promote the effective implementation of Guangxi industrial structure adjustment policy measures, from policy making, the main policy implementation, policy implementation mechanism, policy supervision mechanism and environment of policy implementation and other aspects to be improved, in order to improve the implementation of policies, promote anticipated goals of the policy implementation.
