“aging of population” is an issue to be faced with development of modern society,The ageing of the population will increase the burden of social old-age pension,affect the level of labor supply,hinders the development of social economy.to cope with the challenges,government purchase of pension service as a new service supply mode,has been adopted by governments,namely the government delegate the provide pension service task to social organizations,to alleviate the burden of government and improve the efficiency and quality of pension service.In recent years, China's “aging of population” trend is increasingly serious,In 2010 China's 65 years of age or older population ratio has reached 8.87%, by the end of 2014, 65 years of age or older population has more than 10%,therefore put forward to increase in government purchase.At present, our country government has made certain achievements in the pension services, but due to factors such as social and economic development level and the supply demand around the differences,the government purchase of pension service in some areas is still at the preliminary exploration stage, face some problems and difficulties that nots allow to ignore.Through the research,there are some problems about Nanning government purchase of pension service,such as the relevant policy and system is not sound,underfunded and pension service undersupply. In view of the problem of Nanning government purchase of pension service,put forward the following suggestions: clearthe role of government,transform the government functions;complete the related system mechanism;Increase the funds investment,included into the financial budget;promote the development of social organizations,play the role of industry associations.
