Facing the new era background of the increasing scale of the elderly population in China, the imbalance between the urban and rural economic development, the transformation and transformation of the childbearing concept and the miniaturization and core of family structure, the supply and demand problem of the elderly service industry is becoming increasingly prominent. And in the objective environment changes at the same time,to enjoy the services of the elderly in subjective demand is becoming more and more complex, they require not only guaranteed in the basic survival, and hope in their familiar places to enjoy from the national service and community relations in their years of operation, realize the spirit and value of self satisfied. Therefore, the traditional old-age methods in the treatment of the old-age problem in the present time appears to be difficult and difficult. As a new pension model, government purchase of home-based care services with its unique advantages, which can give full play to the government, the society and the family role of the three party, which can not only reflect the country's social security function, but also emphasizes the traditional filial piety ethics, has gradually become the mainstream mode of easing the current pension pressure. In this context,it is more necessary to study how to improve the government's satisfaction with the purchase of home care services. The satisfaction of the government to buy home old-age service refers to the subjective perception of the participants in the process of purchase, production, supply and consumption.According to the different roles of evaluation,we can divide the specific parts of satisfaction. It is considered that there are three aspects of satisfaction for home care services:government, suppliers and elderly. But in the internal balance, the satisfaction of the elderly is particularly important for the measurement. The root of the study is that the service is provided for the elderly, the elderly are enjoyed, and the relationship is closer to the subject. Therefore,in this study, the satisfaction of the government to purchase home care services is specifically the satisfaction of the elderly, which is good for the environment built by the government and materialized in the specific services of the supply organization. The key to the study of the satisfaction is to measure it and how to improve it.Therefore, this paper aims at starting from its influencing factors, optimizing its influencing factors to create a favorable environment for satisfaction growth, and improving satisfaction from the whole.Based on references and previous ideological arguments,it is considered that quality, equity, efficiency and administrative cost may have an impact on satisfaction. At the same time, the questionnaire was designed according to the scale, and the data were collected by the questionnaire. Finally, the SPSS AMOS software is used to analyze the data by differential analysis, regression analysis and structural equation analysis. The results show that:in terms of demographic characteristics, the three indicators of income, age and education level of satisfaction and its influencing factors will influence the measurement, different age, education level, income of respondents will have different tendencies of evaluation factors of satisfaction and influence; In terms of related relationship, the satisfaction of government purchasing home care is positively correlated with quality and efficiency, and negatively related to administrative cost.Meanwhile, efficiency is the most important contribution to satisfaction improvement, followed by quality and cost. Finally, according to the conclusions of the data,we put forward suggestions to optimize the.quality, improve efficiency and save costs,so as to improve the government's satisfaction with the purchase of home care services.
