A Study On Satisfaction And Influencing Factors Of Community Old-age Service In Shanxi Province

The problem of population aging is becoming more and more serious,which makes the problem of providing for the aged become a hot topic in today's society.Under the propaganda and promotion of the government and community personnel,community endowment has been recognized by more and more elderly people and families,and has been vigorously developed.Scientific and correct understanding of the aging degree of the population in this region and making positive and effective policies are of great significance for promoting the economic development of Xinzhou City,promoting the transformation of industrial structure and social prosperity and stability.Lack of management and insufficient funds make it difficult for pension institutions to meet the personalized needs of the elderly,thus affecting their life satisfaction.Therefore,from the perspective of community pension satisfaction,this paper studies the factors affecting community pension satisfaction and provides some reference for improving the quality of life of the elderly and life satisfaction.Based on Maslow's hierarchical demand theory,this paper establishes a three-level index system from material,security and emotional dimensions to study the influencing factors of satisfaction with community pension and pension services,and uses multiple statistical regression model and factor analysis model to analyze the variables.The results show that with the development of our society and the improvement of people's living standards,the demand level of the elderly for the old-age services has increased,and the satisfaction of the old-age services has a higher impact on loneliness and children's care.The elderly's own health level is the basis and the most critical factor to determine their satisfaction with the old-age service.The older the age,the worse the physical condition,the higher the corresponding demand for the old-age service,the more difficult it is to meet.Through the analysis,five factors were extracted,including health status and economy,child support ability,community building,social activities,social care,and the impact of the five factors on the satisfaction of the elderly service was decreasing in turn.This also shows that the volunteer participation in the social old-age security system needs to be further strengthened.Finally,on the basis of the investigation and analysis results,this paper summarizes the existing problems of community pension service,and gives reasonable suggestions to improve the satisfaction of community pension service.
