The Study On The Construction Of Performance Evaluation System Of Community Public Safety Management In Urumqi

For maintain the harmony and stability of Urumqi, the municipal government has made mass of work in maintenance of community public security.How to measure the performance level of community public safety administration to settle the specific problems of each community to establish a suitable evaluation system of community public safety administration t is an kernel to ienhance the performance level of community public safety administration in Urumqi.Firstly, from the perspective of residents and community management, the evaluation system of Urumqi community public safety management performance is established.
