College Students' Rights Protection In Our Country

With the particularity of college students is a social group,and in law has double identity,is a national citizens and educatee.Not only in law's legal rights,and enjoy the educatees should have special legal rights.According to a 1985 United Nations educational,scientific and cultural organization the right of the declaration of learning right about learning concept,learning right is the core and foundation of college students' rights system,the main content including reading and writing,ask questions and thinking,imagination and creation,to understand people's environment and write history,accept education information,development of individual and group skills and a series of rights.On this basis,this paper focuses on the current university students in China learning power,liberty,and the legal basis for development of these three rights,existing problems and reasons,and probed into how in accordance with the rules in accordance with the security problem.Started in the early 1980 s,our country on the basis of their own national conditions,adjust measures to local conditions of higher education in the practice of the rule of law,on the basis of practice gradually established the higher education of legal system with Chinese characteristics,the development of higher education gradually,which was in accordance with the rules of governance in accordance with the law on the track,for the higher education sustainable development by leaps and bounds provides more solid legal support,has made remarkable achievements.18 by the fourth plenary session of the party decided to comprehensively promote the rule of law a number of major issues provides the college students' rights to new ideas,new concepts,new requirements.In terms of the current reality,on the basis of the constitution in our country,the education law,the higher education law,the degree regulations and registration management regulations and other laws and regulations,there are lots of problems for college students' rights,such as the big student's main body status has not been fully appreciated,relationship between college students and the school is not very clear,college students' learning freedom,the right to development has not been fully respect and so on.To this,the correct understanding of college students' subject status,reveal the relationship between school and university students to protect college students' learning development issues to explore.Due to the limit of my knowledge,this paper discusses the problems to be further deepened.
