| Local tourism legislation is an important part of China's tourism legislation system. It has played an important role in ensuring the development of local tourism and optimizing the legal environment of local tourism, especially during the period when there is no National Tourism Law in our country. After the promulgation and implementation of the Tourism Law in 2013, local tourism legislation has the basis of the high-level law and it has reached a new climax since then. Through the study of the impact of local tourism legislation in the process of tourism development, this paper puts forward optimization ideas for the purpose of perfecting the local tourism legislation system construction based on tourism law in new era, which is the focus of attention.Based on the history of the development of tourism legislation in Jiangxi Province since the reform and opening up policy, and combined with the results and experience of domestic and foreign related research, an empirical research on the tourism legislation in Jiangxi Province is made in this paper. First of all, this paper has divided the historical stage of Jiangxi province's tourism law legislation, in order to understand its development context and influence. Secondly, the constitution of the tourism legislation in Jiangxi Province is analyzes to understand its impacts on Jiangxi tourism. At the same time, from the microscopic point of view, this paper analyzes the impacts of Jiangxi tourism legislation on tourism resources, tourism operators and tourism interests, finding the existing problems of Jiangxi tourism legislation and putting forward suggestions on optimizing legislation system, legislation mechanism, legislation characteristics and the operation of regulations,hoping that this study will promote the improvement of the tourism legislation, the construction of the legal environment and the healthy development of the tourism economy in Jiangxi Province, and promote the development of related theories. |
