The Present Situation Of The Mass Work And Strategy Research In The Construction Of New Socialist Countryside

The Party’s mass work is the bridge which closely related to the Party and the masses. The Communist Party of China always takes wholeheartedly serve the people as the fundamental purpose of the Party and always treats the masses of the people as the endless source of strength and victory foundation. A close tie with the masses is our Party’s biggest political advantage. In the construction of new socialist countryside, the Party’s mass work with the changes of worldly affairs, national and Party conditions, there have been some new changes. Faced with these changes, how can our Party in the process of building a new socialist countryside continue to maintain the Party’s advanced nature and strengthen the close ties with the masses as well as consolidate the Party’s ruling status, which is the urgent new topics for our Party to face and to solve seriously. This paper developed from the theory of the Party’s mass work and combined with the changes of Party’s mass work in the construction of socialist new countryside, actively explore new ways to carry out the Party’s mass work in the process of building socialist new countryside, in order to obtain the achievements from the construction of new socialist countryside and the research of masses work.This paper includes two parts that is the introduction and the body. In the Introduction, the feasibility of the paper was made a comprehensive analysis to lay the foundation for the thesis writing. In the body part, through combing the relevant knowledge of the Party’s mass work theory, a strong theoretical support and clear positioning were provided for the Party’s mass work in the construction of the new socialist countryside. Based on this, the Party’s mass work environment, objects, run mode and some major changes occurred between cadres of the current work of the new socialist countryside construction were analyzed. And according to these changes, from tradition inheritance, ability improvement, methods innovation and mechanism innovation the four aspects to suggest improvements, strengthen and innovation of Party’s new rural masses work policy for making some contribution to the new pattern of Party’s mass work in building the new socialist countryside construction.
