As a social platform that developed in 2011,WeChat has brought about many changes in people's lives.People have got used to using WeChat to sustain the daily interpersonal communication,getting to know about friends' life through the dynamic circle and accepting all kinds of information through the public platform.At the same time,Wechat business has also emerged.In a competitive market,the businessmen not only need high quality requirements of the products but also good marketing strategies,so that their products can be accepted by the customers quickly.For most businessmen,it is a good way to advertise for their products.There are a few illegal businessmen using false advertisements to entice consumers to consume,and infringe upon the rights of consumers.This situation also exists in the Wechat business.This paper is mainly about the emerging problems of infringements of false advertisements in Wechat business(note: this article refers to the false advertisements of public platform and circle of friends).Before discussing the infringements of false advertisements in Wechat business,we must firstly make the definition of false advertising clear.This article mainly discusses the fraudulent false advertisement and misleading false advertising,thus to illustrate how to judge the false advertisements.Next,the author illustrates the features of the infringements of false advertisements in Wechat business,and distinguishes them with some characteristics of the infringement of false advertisements.Finally,this paper expounds forms of the infringements of false advertisements in Wechat business.These kinds of forms are different from those we can see in common false advertisements.Then,the article illustrates the legal regulations and the problems about the false advertisements in Wechat business in our country.Firstly,from the perspective of civil law,it discusses how to deal with wechat business infringement of false advertisement.Then,it discusses regulation and relief in “advertisement law” and “consumer rights protection law” for wechat business infringement of false advertisement.Although there are some rules and regulations about infringements of false advertisements in Wechat business,there are still some problems.There are some detailed illustrations in this article.Further more,the author lists some related measures of network governance on false advertisements in foreign countries,which are practical significant for our country.According to more and more cases of infringements of false advertisements mentioned in the article,the author talks about the necessity of legal regulation on the infringements of false advertisements in Wechat business,and proposes measures to the Wechat business infringements of false advertisements.The author has carried on the elaboration from two aspects,one is about the perfection of the view of Civil Law,the other is about some other measures to the legal regulation.
