At the same time, the rapid economic development is brought about by the social changes, and form a complete set of administrative system reform is always appear lags behind, in the town of governance, both from the problems left over from traditional agricultural society, is facing to further advance the urbanization process of challenge to the existing community governance system, in the urban community governance is more representative, this is also the author selected the main cause of the town as sample community.When it comes to the relationship between different subjects,the author tended to analyse the relationship traditionally, paying more attention to the "interests " between them. However, having referred to others' research, the author found that the previous analysis cannot interpret the cooperating behavior between the subjects clealy, which is based on mutual identification. And "interests" have an effect on the developing direction of the subjects behavior which can do good to the development of the community with the obiligation system. As a result, there should be three factors in cooperation system: identification, interest, and obligation, which act as the keypoints of this thesis.In the text, the author will work samples community governance mechanism is decomposed into three parts, respectively, from the "identity", "interest", "responsibility" three dimensions, hope through these three mechanisms, makes the community cooperation mechanism of micro operation mode can be clearly explained. Cooperation, the author thinks that should first be established on the mutual recognition between the main body, which contains the identity to each other, in the process of governance that obeys the rules of recognition system(identification), as well as the community the most basic factors, values approval.
