Under the background of economic globalization, there is a trend for international investment to be more universal and liberal. In business activity, the legal nexus which caused by foreign-funded enterprise are complicated. As the related legal system involves domestic law and foreign law, its worth to research and think deeply about the way to protect the legal rights of foreign investors.There still are many problems in the existed foreign investment law of our country:First of all, there is defect on legal content. The problems like admittance, the investment treatment, tax preferences need to be solved and formulated. Secondly,the system of law is also defective which expresses as follows: twin-track legislative system, dispersive legislature, lack of unitive law code.In order to explore a new developmental route in which balance the interest of foreign-funded enterprise and the host country well, this thesis starts with ChinaMalaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park. It's on the basic theory of International Investment Law and related to successful cases and innovation, so that can analyze the problems that China-Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park would face and put forward legal suggestions combing the reality of foreign investment in our country.The research of this subject is in accordance with the requirement of the policy of reform and opening to the outside. Besides, it is of great significance to “The Belt and Road” and construction of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area.The thesis is consisted of Introduction, Text and Conclusion.The introduction part simply introduces the significance of selecting this subject,main content and technique of researching.The text is divided to three chapters.Chapter one talks about the current situation of legal protection towards foreign-funded investment enterprise and predict of its new trend of development in accordance with the regulation of global economy. Chapter two analyzes the problems that China-Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park would face. These problems are caused by imperfection of legislation in our country, and it has been split into two different parts in this chapter: problems on legislative pattern and problems on legal content. Chapter three comes up with suggestions according to the reality of our country and the practice of both domestic and foreign.The conclusion is the summary of the problems and suggestions of this thesis.
