Research On The Rights Protection Of Trade Unions In Chinese-funded Enterprises

Since the reform and opening-up policy,along with the progress in economic system and political system,China's social structure and interests patterns have changed profoundly.The continuous expansion of foreign-funded enterprises which created new jobs,played a positive role in China's economic development and employment.However,social problems occurred,simultaneously.It mainly reflects on the workers' labor rights and labor relations.The worker is often the weak side and that's why the trade union organization is irreplaceable in asserting their legitimate rights and interests and for the harmonious labor relations.At present,the study of the feasibility of China's trade union function is relatively few.Compared with current vivid and complex labor relations,the study of rights protection of foreign-funded enterprise trade union is weak.When focusing on the common condition of market economy,turn the problems between labor and capital in the multicultural background to the perspectives of socialism characteristics,and to the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The study on trade union's right protection will be based on Sociology theory and deliberative democracy theory,giving full play to the essential role of trade union organization,solving the problems between labor and capital in the multicultural background,and realizing thus a win-win pattern among healthy development,workers' democratic participation and national tax growth.
