Study On Legal System Of Our Green Credit

As the word "smog" in 2015 following people,environmental issue has caused the wide attention of people,such as the change of the data of PM2.5.Environmental problem is a very important problem in our country now,it is seriously affect our life.Because the level of economic growth and the speed of industrialization,urbanization having been on the rise,more and more natural resources having been loss,brought a lot of pressure on the environment.Enterprises have unshirkable responsibility for environmental protection,so it as an economic main body have to burden this part of the responsibility.Now letting highly polluting and energy-intensive companies such as active social responsibility are the main problem currently.Because they are behind that cause environmental pollution.In the economic development they because benefit unceasing expansion,not the consciousness of environmental protection,so now let the enterprises to actively protect the environment.So through the implementation of green credit change the status of the current economic environment.National green credit is not issued by an administrative means.It is an economic means.It is through the financial policy to achieve the realization of the aim of improving environmental conditions,the financial sector in accordance with the relevant regulations in the fields of environmental protection and new energy business activities.First of all,It does the enterprise or institution engaged in environmental protection or gives financial support to its lower interest rates.The second is corporate responsibility for pollution control the flow of the capital,to a certain limit or not be lending or interest rates.By changing the direction of the credit,it achieves the goal of environmental law.However,our country is still the beginning of the green credit,both in terms of theoretical research,the related regulations and practice activity has a great gap with developed countries.So in order to implement the effective implementation of green credit,reaching the international level,it must promote the green credit legalization,for financial enterprises to provide wind applicable rules and norms,to better fulfill their social responsibilities,This article will through five parts in this paper,the own views:The first part is introduction,mainly discussing the realistic situation,the background and importance of green credit.The second part is the summary of green credit,introducing the connotation of green credit,execution,in the final analysis summary of green credit in carrying out the existing problems.The third part is the legalization of green credit.Green credit policy of our country first has carried on the summary,and then the necessity of its rise to the law,theoretical basis and legal value contained in the analysis of the system.That green credit policy to rise as the inevitability and necessity of the law.The fourth part is some green credit abroad successful law practice,through analyzing and discussing the green credit policy legalization of some experience to our country.The fifth part is the Suggestions to the construction of green credit system,after the environmental impact assessment system,information disclosure and sharing system,credit supervision system,incentive system and responsibility system,for our country to build a relatively perfect system of green credit system.The sixth part is the conclusion,summarizing the full text of the green credit,to hope as soon as possible and environmentally friendly society in our country.
