In recent years, school education and society seriously disjointed and widely criticized because, also with the continuous development of society, the one-child increasing, the contemporary young students and age, young people to get along, participate in outdoor sports, outdoor working experience are greatly reduced. At the same time, it is easy to produce physical and mental health problems in school education by the study of students'acceptance and social isolation. On the other hand, whether the school can provide resources for the students to create a good education environment is the key to evaluate the success or failure of urban construction, the top priority. Therefore, to carry out the research on the interaction mechanism between school and community, and to provide theoretical basis and practical suggestions for the long-term development of our school and community based on the experience of domestic development. This study in Yuelu District of Changsha City as an example, research and analysis the cooperation status of urban middle schools and community, mainly uses the methods of literature analysis, questionnaire investigation, interview of Yuelu district more than middle school and community cooperation status were investigated by means of both the school and the community in the purpose of cooperation, cooperation, cooperation, management cooperation, cooperation evaluation dimensions of analysis made by the school and community in the cooperation effect, the existing problems and causes. In view of the problems existed in current middle school and community cooperation, the author from the practice level, try to put forward the cooperation between school and community in a series of strategies:strengthen publicity and education, deepen the school community both for the understanding of the interaction; formulate and improve relevant policies, guide the school and community in accordance with regulations open interactive exhibition activities; to set up the relevant institutions, set up schools and community interaction platform; multi stakeholder involvement, to create interaction between schools and communities in complex networks; completes the classification of students, improve the effectiveness of interaction between school and community. In order to promote and guide the school and the community actively cooperate, correct cooperation, so that the school and the community to effectively interact and harmonious development.
